The Schneider ATV9B0C11N6 is an Altivar Process ATV900 modular drive rated for 75 kW at 500 V normal duty and 55 kW at 500 V heavy duty. It draws 98 A line current in normal duty and 72 A in heavy duty at 500 V. The drive supports both synchronous and asynchronous motors and includes an integrated EMC filter compliant with IEC 61800-3 category C3 for installations up to 300 m cable length.
Control supply and safety
Control power comes from an external 24 V DC supply (19...30 V) for digital inputs, plus an internal 24 V DC (21...27 V) supply for digital inputs and STO. A separate 10.5 V DC reference supply is available for a 1 to 10 kOhm potentiometer.
Communication and expansion
The drive comes with dual RJ45 Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP ports and one RJ45 Modbus serial port (2-wire RS-485, RTU, 4.8 to 38.4 kbit/s). Slot A accepts fieldbus option cards for Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, or EtherCAT. Slots A, B, and C accept digital/analog I/O extension modules and output relay modules. Slot B also accepts encoder interface modules (5/12 V digital, analog, or resolver).
Ratings and environment
Switching frequency is adjustable from 2 to 4.9 kHz with derating. Apparent power is 85 kVA at 500 V normal duty and 62 kVA at 500 V heavy duty. The drive is cabinet mount with IP00 protection (IP21 or IP54 in cabinet), pollution degree 2, and operates at 50/60 Hz ±5 %. It is rated for altitudes up to 2000 m with derating above 1000 m, and vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6.
