Control supply and safety
The ATV9B0C11Q6: The drive provides three internal control supply rails: 24 V DC (19...30 V) for digital inputs, a 10.5 V DC ±5 % reference for a 1 to 10 kΩ potentiometer, and a separate 24 V DC (21...27 V) rail for digital inputs and the Safe Torque Off (STO) circuit.
EMC and compliance
An integrated EMC filter meets IEC 61800-3 category C3 for 300 m of motor cable, which covers most industrial installations without an external filter. The drive carries CE marking and complies with IEC 61800-3, IEC 61800-5-1, IEC 61000-3-12, IEC 60721-3, IEC 61508, and IEC 13849-1.
Communication and expansion
Slot A accepts fieldbus option cards for Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen (RJ45, SUB-D 9, or screw terminals), or EtherCAT. Slots A, B, and C can host digital/analog I/O extension modules or output relay modules. Slot B also supports encoder interface modules (5/12 V digital, analog, or resolver). The drive includes dual RJ45 Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP ports and one RJ45 Modbus serial port, with transmission rates up to 10/100 Mbit/s on Ethernet and 4.8 to 38.4 kbit/s on Modbus serial.
Cabinet-mount design with forced convection cooling. Rated IP00 for integration into IP21 or IP54 cabinets per IEC 61800-5-1 and IEC 60529. Operating altitude 0 to 2000 m with current derating above 1000 m. Vibration resistance per IEC 60068-2-6: 1.5 mm peak-to-peak at 2–13 Hz, 0.5 gn at 13–200 Hz. Shock resistance 4 gn for 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27.
