The ATV9B0C13Q4: The drive carries separate normal-duty and heavy-duty curves. Normal duty delivers 132 kW / 208 A / 144 kVA; heavy duty delivers 110 kW / 174 A / 121 kVA. Regenerative-mode ratings are also specified: 132 kW / 173.8 A / 120.4 kVA normal duty, 110 kW / 144.1 A / 99.8 kVA heavy duty. The switching frequency is adjustable 2 to 8 kHz with derating above 2.5 kHz.
Safety and compliance
Safe Torque Off (STO) rated SIL 3 is integrated. The drive complies with IEC 61800-3, IEC 61800-5-1, IEC 61000-3-12, IEC 60721-3, IEC 61508, and IEC 13849-1. The integrated EMC filter meets category C3 per IEC 61800-3 for cable runs up to 300 m. Pollution degree 2 per IEC 61800-5-1.
Supply and control
Digital inputs require an external 24 V DC supply (19...30 V). An internal 10.5 V DC supply powers a reference potentiometer (1 to 10 kOhm). The STO and digital input internal supply is 24 V DC (21...27 V). Insulation resistance is 1 MOhm at 500 V DC for 1 minute to earth.
Fieldbus and option slots
The drive includes 2 RJ45 ports for Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP and 1 RJ45 for Modbus serial (RS-485, 2-wire, RTU frame, 4.8 to 38.4 kbit/s). Slot A accepts Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen, or EtherCAT communication modules. Slot B accepts digital/analog I/O extension, output relay, or encoder interface modules (digital 5/12 V, analog, or resolver). Slot C also accepts I/O or relay extensions.
