The Schneider ATV9B0C13T6 is an Altivar Process ATV900 modular drive sized for 150 hp at 600 V normal duty and 125 hp at 600 V heavy duty, with matching regenerative-mode ratings. Line current pulls 121 A normal duty, 102 A heavy duty at 600 V. The drive carries an integrated EMC filter rated for 300 m cable at category C3, and the control supply architecture is split: 24 V DC for digital inputs and STO, a separate 10.5 V DC reference for a 1 to 10 kOhm potentiometer, and a 24 V DC 21...27 V rail for the STO circuit. Insulation resistance is 1 MOhm at 500 V DC for 1 min.
Duty ratings and line side
Apparent power runs 126 kVA normal duty, 106 kVA heavy duty at 600 V. Prospective line Isc is 50 kA. Total harmonic current distortion (THDI) stays under 5% at full load per IEEE 519. Switching frequency is adjustable from 2 to 4.9 kHz with derating. The drive handles synchronous and asynchronous motors.
Safety and compliance
STO (safe torque off) is rated SIL 3. The drive complies with IEC 61800-3, IEC 61800-5-1, IEC 61000-3-12, IEC 60721-3, IEC 61508, IEC 13849-1, and UL 61800-5-1. Pollution degree 2 per IEC 61800-5-1. The lifecycle stage is current production.
Fieldbus and I/O options
Comes with 2 RJ45 Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP ports and 1 RJ45 Modbus serial port. Transmission rates: 10/100 Mbit/s for Ethernet, 4.8 to 38.4 kbit/s for Modbus serial (RTU, 2-wire RS-485). Slot A accepts Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen (RJ45, SUB-D 9, or screw terminals), or EtherCAT. Slots A/B/C accept digital/analog I/O extension or output relay extension modules. Slot B accepts 5/12 V digital encoder, analog encoder, or resolver interface modules.
