Switching frequency is adjustable from 2 to 8 kHz, with derating above 2.5 kHz. If you need to run a long motor cable or reduce audible noise at 8 kHz, expect to derate output current — the drive's thermal model accounts for it, but your motor full-load amps must stay within the derated curve. The integrated EMC filter meets IEC 61800-3 category C3 with 300 m of motor cable. That covers most industrial installations inside a building; for residential or first-environment runs you'll need an external filter. STO (safe torque off) is rated SIL 3 per IEC 61508 and IEC 13849-1, so it can be used in a safety function up to PL e / SIL 3 without an external safety relay — just wire the STO inputs and confirm the control circuit supplies (24 V DC, 21...27 V for STO).

Fieldbus and I/O options
