The ATV9B0C25Q4: Digital inputs and STO require a 24 V DC supply (21...27 V). A separate 24 V DC rail (19...30 V) feeds the digital inputs; the internal reference potentiometer supply is 10.5 V DC ±5 % for 1 to 10 kOhm pots. Control connections use removable screw terminals accepting 0.5...1.5 mm².

Fieldbus and I/O expansion

Slot A accepts communication modules for Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen (daisy chain RJ45, SUB-D 9, or screw terminals), or EtherCAT. Slots A, B, and C accept digital/analog I/O extension modules and output relay extension modules. Slot B also supports 5/12 V digital encoder, analog encoder, or resolver encoder interface modules.
