The Schneider ATV9B0C63R4 is an Altivar Process ATV900 modular drive rated for 630 kW at 440 V normal duty and 500 kW at 440 V heavy duty, with matching apparent power of 673 kVA and 537 kVA respectively. Line current at 440 V normal duty is 883 A; heavy duty pulls 704 A. In regenerative mode, normal duty line current is 774.1 A and heavy duty is 611.2 A. The drive operates on a 3-phase 50/60 Hz supply and includes an integrated EMC filter compliant with IEC 61800-3 category C3 for 300 m cable runs. Control power comes from an external 24 V DC supply (19...30 V) for digital inputs, with a separate internal 24 V DC (21...27 V) supply for digital inputs and STO. A 10.5 V DC reference is provided for a 1 to 10 kΩ potentiometer. The drive supports synchronous and asynchronous motors with adjustable switching frequency from 2 to 8 kHz. Safety function STO (Safe Torque Off) is rated SIL 3. The drive carries CE marking and complies with IEC 61800-3, IEC 61800-5-1, IEC 61000-3-12, IEC 60721-3, IEC 61508, and IEC 13849-1. Fieldbus and option slots
Three option card slots (A, B, C) accept communication modules for Profibus DP V1, PROFINET, DeviceNet, CANopen (daisy chain RJ45, SUB-D 9, or screw terminals), and EtherCAT. Slot A also accepts digital/analog I/O extension or output relay modules. Slot B accepts 5/12 V digital encoder, analog encoder, or resolver interface modules. The drive includes 2 RJ45 ports for Ethernet IP/Modbus TCP and 1 RJ45 for Modbus serial (2-wire RS 485, RTU frame, 4.8 to 38.4 kbit/s).
