The BMI0702P07F is a three-phase servo motor in the BMI series, delivering 400 W nominal output at 208 V three-phase, 800 W at 400 V, and 900 W at 480 V. It carries absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface feedback and a holding brake with 3 N.m holding torque. The shaft is untapped, 0.4 in (11 mm) diameter by 0.9 in (23 mm) length, and the motor is cooled by natural convection.
Mounts via an international standard flange with a 70 mm mating face and four holes of 0.2 in (5.5 mm) diameter on a centring collar depth of 0.10 in (2.5 mm). The electrical connection is via printed circuit board connector — verify the mating connector part number before layout. The IP rating is shaft IP54 / housing IP65, suitable for enclosures with moderate dust and washdown exposure. Shaft support: radial force ratings are provided at various speeds — maximum 710 N at 1000 rpm, decreasing to 390 N at 6000 rpm. Axial force rating is 0.2 x Fr. When integrating, ensure the application load does not exceed these mechanical limits; natural convection cooling also imposes a duty-cycle constraint in high-ambient panels.
