The Schneider BMXAMO0210H is a 2-channel isolated analog output module for the Modicon X80 rack. It's built for severe environments — conformal coated, rated against gas (class 3C4), dust (3S4), salt spray, mold, and hazardous locations. The module operates from -25 to 70 °C and handles 30 gn shock. Channel counts and signal coverage
Two outputs, each configurable as 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, or ±10 V with 15-bit plus sign resolution. Conversion time is ≤1 ms per channel. The maximum conversion values span ±11.25 V (voltage range) and 0-24 mA (current range) — some headroom beyond the usual 20 mA and 10 V, which matters if your loop has diagnostic overrange needs. Channel-to-channel isolation is galvanic, so a fault on one output doesn't pull down the other.
Power budget and physical fit

The BMXAMO0410H is the 4-channel version in the same severe-environment class. Both have isolation, conformal coating, and identical environmental ratings. The BMXAMO0210H draws less power (2.1 W vs 3.0 W typical at 24 V), has a higher MTBF (1.3M vs 1.0M hours), and consumes 110 mA vs 140 mA on the 24 V rail. For a new design that only needs two analog outputs, the 0210H is more reliable, cooler, and easier on the rack power budget. If you need four outputs, the 0410H is the direct step-up — same form factor, same connector, same wiring style.
