Trip unit for ComPacT NSX100…250
The C103TM050C is a replacement / initial-fit trip unit for the Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX100 through NSX250 frame. The Ir long-time pickup is adjustable 0.7…1 x In; the Ii instantaneous pickup is fixed at 500 A. This means the unit can be dialed down to 35 A for a lightly loaded feeder, while the magnetic trip stays at 500 A regardless of the Ir setting — a common coordination point for downstream branch breakers.
The IP40 front face (IEC 60529) keeps tools and fingers out but is not sealed against hose-down — mount inside a cabinet for washdown areas.

Integration note
Mounts into the ComPacT NSX100…250 fixed or plug-in base. The TM-D unit snaps into the breaker cradle without tools; verify the rotary dial on the front matches the Ir setting to the load schedule before closing the panel. The long-time delay (tr) is fixed — 120…400 s at 1.5 x In, 15 s at 6 x Ir — so no adjustment is possible for coordination curves beyond changing Ir.
