Trip unit for ComPacT NSX100-250
The C104TM063C is a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit for the Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX100-250 molded-case circuit breaker platform. Rated 63 A at 50 °C, it provides LI protection — thermal overload (L) via a fixed long-time delay and magnetic short-circuit (I) with a fixed instantaneous pickup of 500 A. The 4-pole 4D configuration protects all four poles, with the neutral on the left and neutral protection set to 1 x Ir.
The 500 A instantaneous pickup (roughly 8 x In) means magnetic trips occur above that threshold; below it, the thermal element handles overloads with a fixed delay of 120-400 s at 1.5 x In and 15 s at 6 x Ir. The long-time pickup is adjustable from 0.7 to 1.0 x In, giving some flexibility to match the downstream load without swapping the trip unit. Rated operational voltage is 690 V AC 50/60 Hz and 750 V DC, so it covers standard 400/480 VAC distribution and DC bus applications within that limit.
This trip unit snaps into ComPacT NSX100-250 breakers for distribution panels, motor control centers, and switchboards. Fixed mounting, 4-pole 4D with left-side neutral, Class II shock protection.
