The C104TM100C is a thermal-magnetic trip unit from the ComPacT NSX100...250 range, rated 100 A at 50 °C for distribution applications. It provides LI protection — thermal overload (L) with adjustable pickup from 0.7 to 1 x In, and magnetic short-circuit (I) fixed at 800 A. The 4-pole 4D configuration protects all poles including the neutral, with neutral protection set to 1 x Ir. The fixed thermal delay range (120–400 s at 1.5 x In, 15 s at 6 x Ir) means the long-time protection curve is pre-set within that window, not field-adjustable for delay.
Integration notes
Fits the ComPacT NSX100, NSX160, and NSX250 fixed-mount circuit breaker frames. The TM-D trip unit is field-replaceable — swap without removing the breaker from the panel. Neutral position is left; verify busbar or cable routing matches the 4D pole layout before assembly. IP40 front face, so the breaker panel door provides the environmental seal.
