ComPacT NSX100F with MicroLogic 7.2 E — 100 A, 85 kA Icu
The Schneider Electric C10F47E100 is a ComPacT NSX100F circuit breaker, part of the ComPacT NSX family, with a MicroLogic 7.2 E electronic trip unit rated 100 A at 40 °C. It delivers 85 kA Icu at 240 V AC and 36 kA Icu at 415 V AC, both conforming to EN/IEC 60947-2. The 4-pole design with toggle control and LCD display is built for distribution applications where earth-leakage protection is required alongside overload, short-time, and instantaneous short-circuit protection.
Breaking capacity and protection logic
The breaking capacity curve covers the full low-voltage range: 85 kA Icu at 220/240 V AC, 36 kA at 380/415 V, 35 kA at 440 V, 25 kA at 500 V, 22 kA at 525 V, and 8 kA at 660/690 V AC. Under UL 60947-4-1, it holds 85 kA at 240 V, 25 kA at 480 V, and 10 kA at 600 V AC. The MicroLogic 7.2 E trip unit provides L (long-time overload), S (short-time short-circuit), I (instantaneous short-circuit), and R (earth-leakage) protection, with an LCD display for local signalling and a flashing green LED for ready status, red LED at 105 % Ir for overload, and orange LED at 90 % Ir.
The 4-pole unit occupies 140 mm width, 161 mm height, and 86 mm depth, with a 35 mm connection pitch.
Communication and metering
The MicroLogic 7.2 E trip unit supports energy metering and communication of time-stamped histories, event tables, maintenance indicators, instantaneous and demand values, maximeters/minimeters, protection and alarm settings, power quality data, and demand current and power. Five slots are available for optional communication modules or auxiliaries.
