The C11E44V100L is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSXm moulded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) in the 160E frame size, 4-pole (4P) configuration, with a MicroLogic 4.1 electronic trip unit rated at 100 A at 40 °C. The integrated earth-leakage protection covers adjustable sensitivities from 30 mA to 5 A for both class A and class AC faults.
If your enclosure runs hotter, you derate; the electronic MicroLogic 4.1 trip unit includes thermal memory that tracks heat buildup for 20 minutes before and after a trip event, so it won't reclose into a still-hot conductor. In a 415 V distribution board, that SCCR covers most secondary-side faults downstream of a typical 1000 kVA transformer. Integrated earth-leakage protection means you do not need a separate RCCB or Vigi module. The MicroLogic 4.1 trip unit senses residual currents and offers selectable sensitivity from 30 mA (personnel protection) up to 5 A (equipment protection), for both class A (pulsating DC) and class AC (sinusoidal AC) fault types. That saves a module width in the panel.
The 4-pole unit occupies 12 module pitches of 9 mm — about 108 mm wide. Connection pitch is 35 mm with spreaders, 27 mm without. Everlink lug terminals accept copper from 2.5 to 95 mm² (fine stranded) and aluminium up to 95 mm², with front-facing connections for both line and load sides. IP40 protection (finger-safe, no water ingress) and IK07 impact resistance suit it for enclosed distribution boards indoors. The grey (RAL 7016) finish is standard for Schneider's ComPacT range.
