What the 70 kA rating means for your panel
The C11H44V100B is a 4-pole ComPacT NSXm MCCB from Schneider Electric, rated 100 A at 40 °C with a 70 kA breaking capacity at 415 V AC. In a distribution panel fed by a transformer with high available fault current, that headroom means you don't need a current-limiting fuse upstream to protect this breaker. That's not a fixed-setting thermal-magnetic — you can dial in the sensitivity to match the circuit's leakage profile without swapping the breaker. It carries EN/IEC 60947-2 certification, the standard for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear.
The 12-module pitch (9 mm per module) gives you 108 mm width, 144 mm height, 80 mm depth. IP40 front face and IK07 impact resistance suit it for enclosed panel mounting where occasional tool drops or panel access is expected.
