The C160H32AFM is a 3-pole fixed-mount ComPacT NS new generation MCCB rated 1600 A at 50 °C with a MicroLogic 2.0 A electronic trip unit. The 2.0 A trip provides L (long-time overload) and I (instantaneous short-circuit) protection — no ground-fault function on this variant.
The 1600 A continuous rating at 50 °C is the full-frame current; no derating needed at that ambient. The MicroLogic 2.0 A electronic trip unit measures true RMS current and provides a 20-minute thermal memory for accurate overload protection after a trip — important for motor or transformer feeders that see repeated start cycles. IP40 front-face protection means it's shielded against tools and small wires but not water — standard for indoor switchgear. The IK07 impact rating confirms it withstands a 2 J hammer blow to the enclosure face.
Fixed-mount design with backplate mounting support and a 70 mm connection pitch. Front-facing upper and lower connections simplify busbar and cable landing in a standard switchboard lineup.
