The C16H32D160: The MicroLogic 2.2 trip unit is electronic, not thermal-magnetic, so it holds its trip curve tighter across ambient temperature swings — useful in a panel that sees seasonal or process-driven heat. The thermal memory tracks the last 20 minutes of heating before and after tripping, so a reclose after a near-overload won't reset the thermal model and risk nuisance trips on the next start.
Mounts on a backplate in any orientation — horizontal, vertical, or flat on the back. Front connections top and bottom, 35 mm connection pitch, and a 105 mm width that fits standard 3-pole MCCB cutouts. IP40 front face, IK07 impact resistance. Five accessory slots accept shunt trips, aux contacts, or motor operators without increasing the footprint. The toggle handle gives local manual control; the flashing green LED signals ready state, while red/orange LEDs indicate overload at 105 % Ir and 90 % Ir respectively.
