Overview
The C2536M220 is a Schneider ComPacT NSX MicroLogic 6.2 E-M electronic trip unit rated 220 A at 65 °C for 3-pole fixed-mount circuit breakers. It is designed for motor protection and provides LSIG protection functions — long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and ground-fault — with zone selective interlocking (ZSI) for coordinated fault isolation. The trip unit includes an LCD display for energy metering, time-stamped event logs, and maintenance indicators.
Protection & adjustment
Long-time pickup Ir is adjustable from 100 to 220 A. Long-time delay Tr is adjustable with ranges depending on trip class: 120 s at 1.5 x Ir for class 5, up to 720 s at 1.5 x Ir for class 30. Short-time pickup Isd has 9 adjustable settings with fixed delay Tsd. Ground-fault pickup Ig is adjustable. The trip unit supports motor trip classes 5, 10, 20, and 30, and includes complementary motor protections such as underload, protracted starting, stalled rotor, and current unbalance.
Compliance & environmental
The C2536M220 complies with EN/IEC 60947-2 and is rated Class II (double insulation). Pollution degree 3 per IEC 60947-1. Storage temperature range is -40 to 85 °C. The trip unit carries an 18-month warranty.
Metering & display
The integrated LCD display shows energy metering data, instantaneous and demand values, power quality metrics, and maximeters/minimeters. The unit records time-stamped histories and event tables, and provides maintenance indicators. Local signalling includes a flashing green LED for ready-to-operate and a red LED for temperature above 95 % Ith.
