The C254TM200C is a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit for the ComPacT NSX250 molded-case circuit breaker platform, rated 200 A at 50 °C with 4 poles configured as 4D (neutral fully protected).

The long-time pickup (Ir) is adjustable from 0.7 to 1.0 x In (140–200 A), and the instantaneous pickup (Ii) is adjustable from 5 to 10 x In (1000–2000 A), so you can dial in selectivity with downstream breakers. The 4D pole configuration means the neutral pole is fully rated and protected — no derating needed for a 4-wire distribution feeder. IP40 front face keeps tools and fingers out.
