ComPacT NSX250H — 100 A, 4-pole MCCB with MicroLogic 4.2
The C25H44V100 is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX250H moulded-case circuit breaker in the ComPacT range, a 4-pole (4P) unit rated 100 A at 40 °C. It carries the MicroLogic 4.2 electronic trip unit, which integrates overload (L), short-time short-circuit (So), instantaneous short-circuit (I), and earth-leakage (R) protection in one package — no separate earth-leakage module needed. The local signalling — a flashing green LED for ready state, red at 105% Ir for overload, orange at 90% Ir — gives the panel tech a quick visual on load status without opening the door.
Breaking capacity and compliance
The breaking capacity curve is given at multiple voltage points per IEC 60947-2: 100 kA Icu at 220/240 V, 70 kA at 380/415 V, 65 kA at 440 V, 50 kA at 500 V, 35 kA at 525 V, and 10 kA at 660/690 V. For UL 60947-4-1 installations: 85 kA at 240 V, 65 kA at 480 V, and 15 kA at 600 V. IP40 front face, IK07 impact resistance — suited for enclosed panel mounting on a backplate (mounting support). The 35 mm connection pitch is standard for busbar systems.
