The Schneider Electric C25H44V250 is a ComPacT NSX250H four-pole moulded-case circuit breaker rated 250 A at 40 °C, built around the MicroLogic 4.2 electronic trip unit. The H breaking-capacity code delivers 100 kA Icu at 240 V AC and 70 kA at 415 V AC per IEC 60947-2 — enough for high-fault utility entrances or large distribution switchboards where the available short-circuit current is stiff. The trip unit integrates L (long-time overload), So (short-time short-circuit with fixed delay), I (instantaneous short-circuit), and R (earth-leakage) protection in one package — no separate ground-fault relay or sensor needed. Mounts flat on a backplate in horizontal or vertical orientation. Front-facing connections on both line and load sides simplify bus-bar layout in a panel. The toggle control and rotary IΔn switch for earth-leakage test/reset are accessible through the IP40 enclosure.

At 440 V AC the Icu holds at 65 kA; at 480 V AC it still interrupts 65 kA per UL 60947-4-1.
