The C25H47E250 is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX250H moulded-case circuit breaker with a MicroLogic 7.2 E electronic trip unit, rated 250 A at 40 °C. Its breaking capacity hits 100 kA Icu at 240 V AC and 70 kA at 415 V AC per IEC 60947-2, which means it can safely interrupt fault currents up to those levels without upstream cascading — critical for high-fault installations like transformer secondaries or large motor control centres. The 4-pole design (4P) with toggle control and LCD display suits distribution boards where earth-leakage and overload protection must be coordinated. The MicroLogic 7.2 E provides L (long-time overload), S (short-time short-circuit), I (instantaneous short-circuit), and R (earth-leakage) protection — all adjustable via the front interface, so you can tune selectivity curves without swapping trip units.
The electronic trip unit draws power from the line side — no auxiliary supply needed.
Communication and data
The MicroLogic 7.2 E logs time-stamped event histories, maintenance indicators, instantaneous and demand values, power quality metrics, and energy metering. Five communication slots allow adding optional modules for remote monitoring via Modbus, Ethernet, or wireless — useful for condition-based maintenance or energy management in a plant.
