The Schneider Electric C25N34V250 is a ComPacT NSX earth leakage circuit breaker with a MicroLogic 4.2 electronic trip unit rated 250 A at 40 °C. Breaking capacity hits 90 kA Icu at 240 V AC and 50 kA at 415 V AC per IEC 60947-2. The integrated earth-leakage protection uses an IΔn rotary switch for OFF mode, with a 20-minute thermal memory before and after tripping. That thermal memory means the breaker remembers the heat profile of a sustained overload — useful on motor or transformer feeders where the same load cycles back on quickly.
