Overview

The C40N37E400 is a Schneider ComPacT NSX earth-leakage circuit breaker rated 400 A continuous with an 85 kA ICu breaking capacity at 440 V AC, fitted with a MicroLogic 7.3 E electronic trip unit that provides L, S, I, and R protection profiles.

The C40N37E400 shares the same 400 A frame and 85 kA ICu as the C40F3, but the C40F3 is a basic-frame breaker without earth-leakage protection — the C40N37E400 adds the MicroLogic 7.3 E trip unit with R (earth-leakage) protection. Both are 3-pole, fixed-mount, and rated 440 V AC / 500 V insulation, so the C40N37E400 drops into a panel wired for the C40F3 without rewiring, provided the earth-leakage function is required.
