The C60H1P16AD is a 1-pole miniature circuit breaker from the Multi9 range, rated 16 A at 40 °C with a D tripping curve (magnetic trip threshold 10–14 × In). That D-curve is the deciding factor for fit: it holds through the inrush of motor starters, small transformers, and solenoid banks where a C-curve would nuisance-trip on the magnetizing peak. The thermal-magnetic trip unit gives you the bimetal for sustained overloads and the solenoid for short-circuit — no electronics to drift, no auxiliary supply needed. Breaking capacity is 15 kA Icu at 230 V AC (IEC 60947-2), which means it safely interrupts a fault up to that level without welding the contacts or cascading upstream; the Ics (service breaking capacity) is the same 15 kA at 440 V AC, so it can reclose after a fault at full rated interrupting duty — not all MCBs carry that.
