The C60H2P40AD is a Schneider Electric Multi9 C60-series miniature circuit breaker — a 1P+N thermal-magnetic MCB rated 40 A at 40 °C with a D tripping curve. The 1P+N pole arrangement protects one phase and switches the neutral; the neutral pole is not protected, so this is a distribution MCB, not a main isolator for a 2-pole load. Breaking capacity runs 30 kA at 230–240 V AC, 15 kA at 400–415 V AC, and 10 kA at 440 V AC — the 10 kA at 440 V is the limiting figure for a 400 V line-to-line feed. The 15 kA at 400–415 V gives headroom above the typical 10 kA utility fault level in most commercial panels.
The 36 mm width at 4 module pitches occupies four 9 mm slots, so plan for 4 × 9 = 36 mm of rail space per unit. Depth is 73 mm, height 81 mm. Tunnel-type terminals accept up to 35 mm² rigid or 25 mm² flexible; strip 14 mm and torque to 3.5 N·m. The neutral position is left. Toggle control with ON/OFF indication and a contact position indicator.
