The C60HB110 is a 1-pole 10 A miniature circuit breaker from the Schneider Electric Multi9 C60H line. The breaker carries a 10 kA Icn breaking capacity at 230/400 V AC per EN 60898, with higher Icu ratings under IEC 60947-2: 15 kA at 230...240 V AC, 20 kA at 60 V DC (1P), 30 kA at 130 V AC, and 4 kA at 400...415 V AC.
The B curve (3–5× In) is the right match for resistive loads like heaters, lighting, and control transformers — it avoids nuisance trips from small inrush while still clearing low-level faults fast. The 10 A rating protects a 2.5 mm² copper circuit at typical UK domestic and light commercial panel densities. The 10 kA Icn per EN 60898 is the standard service breaking capacity for most distribution boards; the higher Icu ratings under IEC 60947-2 (15–30 kA depending on voltage) give fault-clearing headroom when the breaker is used in industrial switchgear where the prospective short-circuit current is higher. Single-pole construction means it switches only the line conductor — used in single-phase circuits or as a branch protector in three-phase panels where each pole is a separate phase.
Panel integration
The C60H range snaps onto standard DIN rail. The 1P width is 18 mm per pole — the standard modular MCB footprint. Spring-cage terminals accept 1–25 mm² conductors. Busbar comb slots are compatible with the Multi9 pin-and-fork busbar system for commoning the line side across multiple breakers in a distribution board.
