MicroLogic 7.3 E — 570 A electronic trip unit for ComPacT NSX
The Schneider Electric C6337E570 is the MicroLogic 7.3 E electronic trip unit for the ComPacT NSX400...630 molded-case circuit breaker platform. It's rated 570 A at 40 °C and provides LSIR protection — long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and residual (earth-leakage) — all in one programmable package. The trip unit mounts into the fixed ComPacT NSX breaker frame and communicates energy metering, power quality data, and event logs through the integrated LCD display. Built to EN/IEC 60947-2, this is a Class II, pollution degree 3 device suitable for distribution panels and industrial switchboards. The 3-pole, 3D protected design covers all three phases plus neutral for earth-leakage sensing. The 20-minute thermal memory before and after tripping means the trip curve accounts for prior heating — critical for motor and transformer feeders where cumulative thermal stress matters.
Protection and adjustment ranges
The long-time pickup (Ir) adjusts from 250 to 570 A, with delay (Tr) settable 15...400 s at 1.5 x Ir, 0.35...11 s at 7.2 x Ir, or 0.5...16 s at 6 x Ir. Short-time pickup (Isd) spans 1.5 to 10 x Ir, delay (tsd) 0...0.4 s with I²t on or off. Instantaneous pickup (Ii) adjusts 1.5 to 11 x In. The earth-leakage protection is Class A, integrated, and can be disabled via the IΔn rotary switch. The trip unit operates from -25 to 70 °C and stores from -40 to 85 °C. IP40 front protection keeps dust and incidental contact out of the display and settings interface.
