The CAE31Q5 is a control relay from the Easy TeSys range, designed for switching control circuits in industrial panels. Its 3 NO + 1 NC contact configuration handles typical interlocking, signalling, and auxiliary control duties in motor starter assemblies or PLC output isolation stages. Rated for AC-14 and AC-15 utilisation categories per EN/IEC 60947-5-1, meaning it is specified for switching electromagnetic loads (contactors, relays, solenoids) at currents up to the relay's rated operational voltage of 690 V. The AC-15 rating is the more demanding one — it covers inductive loads with high inrush, typical of contactor coils.
