The CAE40F6 is a control relay from Schneider Electric's Easy TeSys range, built for switching control circuits. It carries four normally-open (4 NO) poles rated for utilisation categories AC-14 and AC-15, meaning it handles solenoid and electromagnetic loads typical in contactor and relay control circuits. The 110 V AC coil is the pull-in side; the contacts switch up to 690 V operational voltage.
The relay occupies a 45 mm wide DIN-rail footprint, 74 mm tall, 80 mm deep — standard for a 4-pole control relay in this class. IP2X finger protection means it's safe for open-panel mounting but not washdown. The grey RAL 7011 housing is the usual Easy TeSys colour.
