Physical and environmental fit
The grey housing (RAL 7011) is typical for the Easy TeSys line. It carries IP2X finger protection per IEC 60529, so it is safe for open-panel mounting but not for washdown environments. Operates without derating up to 3000 m altitude. The TH protective treatment per IEC 60068 means it handles humid, tropical conditions — relevant if the cabinet sits in an unconditioned plant environment.
Mechanical robustness and standards
The relay withstands 7 Gn shock when open and 10 Gn when closed, with vibration resistance of 1.5 Gn open and 3 Gn closed across 5–300 Hz. This is sufficient for most industrial machinery but not for high-vibration applications like crushers or large presses without additional damping. Compliant with EN/IEC 60947-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, and the Chinese GB/T equivalents. No UL or CSA listing appears, which may be a consideration for North American panel builds.
