Chassis for high-current drawout applications
The Schneider Electric ENW22324 is a chassis for the EasyPact NW range, rated 4000 A at 40 °C across 4 poles with an H breaking capacity code. This is the frame that carries the switching mechanism and arc chamber — it mounts via drawout, meaning the entire power assembly can be racked out for inspection or replacement without disturbing the fixed buswork. That 4000 A rating places it squarely in large low-voltage switchgear for industrial plants, data center main distribution, or utility substations where continuous current demand is high and downtime for maintenance must be minimized.
Drawout integration and panel fit
Drawout mounting means the chassis slides into a fixed cradle with self-aligning primary disconnects — no bolted bus connections to break during racking. The physical envelope is 560 mm deep, 400 mm wide, 440 mm high. That depth is the critical dimension for enclosure selection: the cubicle must accommodate the full travel of the racking mechanism plus clearance for the arc chute exhaust. Standard 600 mm deep switchgear lineups typically fit this chassis, but verify the cradle height and bus riser spacing against the 440 mm height.
