The 66 kA Icu at 220…440 V AC (IEC 60947-2) is the maximum fault current it can interrupt once and remain functional; the 65 kA Ics is the service breaking capacity it can clear repeatedly. For a 690 V system the Icu drops to 50 kA, still substantial for most industrial distribution. The drawout mounting means the breaker chassis stays wired to the bus while the moving portion slides out for maintenance or replacement — common in switchgear where downtime must be minutes, not hours. IP40 keeps tools and fingers out but is not washdown-rated; this lives in a clean indoor switchboard.
Integration and deployment
Mounts on a rail in a drawout configuration — the fixed portion bolts to the switchgear frame, the moving portion slides in on guided rails. Rear connection with a horizontal or vertical orientation. The neutral is on the right. Connection pitch is 115 mm without a spreader. Dimensions: 556 mm wide × 439 mm high × 395 mm deep. The contact position indicator gives a visible open/closed state without opening the door.
