The EZ9F26132 is a 1-pole miniature circuit breaker from Schneider Electric's Easy9 range, rated 32 A with a B tripping curve. The B curve means the magnetic trip operates at 3 to 5 times In (96–160 A instantaneously), which is the standard choice for resistive and general-purpose loads in residential or light commercial distribution boards — not for motor starting where higher inrush would nuisance-trip a B curve. The 6 kA breaking capacity (Icn and Ics both 6 kA at 230 V AC) tells you it can safely interrupt a fault current up to 6,000 A without welding contacts or cascading damage upstream; that's adequate for most final subcircuits in a TN or TT system where the prospective short-circuit current stays under 6 kA. The 500 V rated insulation voltage (Ui) and 4 kV impulse withstand (Uimp) confirm it's isolated for use in 230/400 V networks per IEC 60898-1.
Deployment context
Clip-on mounting to a 35 mm DIN rail, 18 mm width (1 module), so it slots into a standard distribution board or sub-panel alongside other Easy9 devices. Tunnel terminals accept up to 35 mm² rigid or 25 mm² flexible cable; tightening torque is 3.5 N·m.
