Panel fit and protection profile
The Schneider Electric EZ9F34425 is a 4-pole Easy9 miniature circuit breaker rated 25 A with a C-trip curve (magnetic tripping between 5 and 10 times In). Thermal-magnetic trip technology covers both overload and short-circuit protection on the same pole set.
The C curve means the magnetic release operates at 5–10× In (125–250 A instantaneous), suited for loads with moderate inrush like lighting banks, small transformers, and general-purpose socket circuits. The 4.5 kA Icn at 400 V AC is the short-circuit breaking capacity the breaker can interrupt once and remain functional; the service breaking capacity Ics is the same 4.5 kA at 100 % of Icn, so it can clear a fault at full rating and still be reused — not all MCBs offer equal Ics and Icn.
Clip-on mounting to a DIN rail (35 mm per EN 60715) with tunnel-type terminals accepting 1–25 mm² rigid or 1–16 mm² flexible copper. The 66.5 mm depth leaves clearance for standard enclosure depths; the grey (RAL 7035) housing matches the Easy9 family aesthetic. Pollution degree 2 and tropicalisation class 2 cover normal indoor environments with non-condensing humidity up to 95 % at 60 °C.
