The EZASHT380AC is a shunt trip release from Schneider Electric's EasyPact GoPact range, designed for remote tripping of EasyPact EZC100 and EasyPact CVS100BS moulded-case circuit breakers.
Below about 266 V (0.7 × 380 V) the release may not pull in reliably; the datasheet's 0.7 Un tripping threshold confirms the minimum operating voltage. The 50 ms response time means the breaker opens within three mains cycles at 50 Hz — fast enough for emergency-stop circuits but not for arc-flash mitigation, which demands under 2 ms.
This shunt trip mounts inside the EasyPact EZC100 or CVS100BS breaker accessory slot. Connection is via lead wires (flying leads), so you terminate them at a terminal block or directly to the control relay in the panel. No DIN-rail space consumed beyond the breaker itself — the release nests within the breaker's own volume.
