Busbar for panel distribution — 400 A, 6-way
The Schneider Electric EZB400W06 is a 400 A rated busbar from the EasyPact range, designed for distributing power across 6 ways in low-voltage switchboards and panelboards. It carries a rated insulation voltage of 690 V AC 50/60 Hz and a rated operational voltage of 550 V AC 50/60 Hz, with a short-time withstand current of 40 kA for 1 second — meaning it can handle fault currents up to that level without damage during the clearing time of upstream protection. The busbar accommodates up to 18 single-pole, 6 three-pole, or 8 two-pole devices, with busbar extension options for 2 or 4 additional ways.
Designed and tested to IEC 60439, the standard for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. This ensures the busbar meets the required thermal, dielectric, and short-circuit performance for panel integration.
Physical integration
Dimensions: 416 mm wide, 365 mm high, 107 mm deep. The 6-way layout and 400 A rating suit it for main or sub-feed distribution in enclosed panelboards where space allows the 416 mm width. The busbar extension option (2 or 4 ways) provides flexibility for expanding the distribution without replacing the entire assembly.
