The EZC100F3080 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker from the Schneider EasyPact EZC100F series, rated 80 A at 40 °C (80 A at 50 °C per the TM-D trip unit) for distribution duty. The 25 kA Icu at 220–240 V AC is the interrupting capacity you size against the available fault current at the panel — at 400–415 V AC it still holds 10 kA Icu, so it handles most commercial and light industrial service entrances without cascading upstream. The thermal-magnetic TM-D trip gives you fixed overload protection plus short-circuit response; there is no earth-leakage module on this variant. Mounting is fixed backplate with front connections top and bottom — no DIN-rail clip, so plan for direct panel drilling or a mounting plate. IP20 finger protection on the front face; the enclosure itself is IK07 impact-rated, so it survives incidental tool strikes in a live panel.
The breaker carries IEC 60947-2 and IEC 60947-1 compliance, plus JIS C8201-2-2 and GB/T 14048.2 for Japanese and Chinese markets. Mechanical durability is 13,000 cycles — figure that into maintenance planning for frequent switching applications.
