The EZC100H2025 is a 2-pole thermal-magnetic circuit breaker from the Schneider Electric EasyPact EZC100H range, rated 25 A at 40 °C (25 A at 50 °C with the TM-D trip unit). The 25 A continuous rating sets the maximum load current before the thermal element begins to trip — sized for a 25 A feeder or branch circuit on a distribution panel. The magnetic (short-circuit) element reacts to instantaneous overcurrents, with breaking capacity (Icu) ranging from 10 kA at 125 V DC / 550 V AC up to 100 kA at 110–130 V AC, all per IEC 60947-2. At 400–415 V AC the Icu is 30 kA; at 440 V AC it's 20 kA. For DC circuits, 10 kA at 125 V DC (1-pole) or 250 V DC (2-pole).
Deployment context
Mounts fixed to a backplate (not DIN rail) with front-front connections — both line and load terminate on the front face, which simplifies busbar and cable routing in a distribution board. The IP20 finger-safe enclosure suits dry indoor panels; the IK07 impact rating means it withstands accidental tool drops during panel assembly.
Certified to GB/T 14048.2, EN/IEC 60947-1, JIS C8201-2-2, and EN/IEC 60947-2 — covering China, Europe, Japan, and the international IEC standard. No earth-leakage protection built in; if ground-fault protection is needed, an external RCD or earth-leakage module must be added.
