The EZC100H3100 is a 3-pole thermal-magnetic circuit breaker from the EasyPact EZC100H family, rated 100 A at 40 °C ambient (100 A at 50 °C with the TM-D trip unit). No earth-leakage protection is built in — if you need that, add a separate RCD or specify the EZC with a Vigi module. Breaking capacity varies by voltage: 100 kA Icu at 240 V AC, 30 kA at 400 V AC, 10 kA at 550 V AC, and 10 kA at 250 V DC (2-pole series). The 'H' in EZC100H means the high-breaking version — it clears faults up to 100 kA at the lower voltages, which covers most distribution panels fed from a transformer. For DC circuits, the 10 kA at 125 V DC (1-pole) or 250 V DC (2-pole) is adequate for industrial control power supplies. Mounting is fixed to a backplate — no DIN-rail adapter in this variant. The front connection (both line and load) keeps wiring accessible when the breaker is panel-mounted. IP20 finger-safe terminals;
Also carries GB/T 14048.2 (China) and JIS C8201-2-2 (Japan) — so it's accepted in panels destined for Asia-Pacific markets. The toggle handle gives positive contact indication (you see the position). Mechanical durability is 13,000 cycles — that's the number of on-off operations before wear-out. For a distribution breaker that cycles a few times a year, that's decades of service. Electrical endurance depends on the load current and voltage; for motor-starting duty, derate the cycle count.
