The EZC100H4040 is a 4-pole thermal-magnetic circuit breaker from the EasyPact EZC100H series, rated 40 A at 40 °C (trip unit rated 40 A at 50 °C). The breaking capacity varies by voltage: 100 kA Icu at 110–130 V AC, 50 kA at 220–240 V AC, 30 kA at 380–400 V AC, 20 kA at 440 V AC, and 10 kA at 550 V AC — all conforming to IEC 60947-2. On DC circuits, it delivers 10 kA Icu at 125 V DC (1P) and 250 V DC (2P). For a panel builder, the 100 mm width and 60 mm depth fit a standard backplate mount; front connections (upside and downside) simplify busbar routing.
Integration notes
Mounts on a backplate (fixed mounting) with a 25 mm connection pitch between poles. The toggle control provides positive contact indication — the handle position directly shows whether the contacts are open or closed, even without auxiliary contacts. Rated insulation voltage is 690 V AC; operational voltage is 550 V AC (50/60 Hz) or 250 V DC. IP20 finger-safe terminals and IK07 impact resistance cover basic handling during installation.
Designed to EN/IEC 60947-1 and EN/IEC 60947-2 (the main standard for low-voltage circuit breakers), plus GB/T 14048.2 and JIS C8201-2-2. Pollution degree 3 per IEC 60947. Mechanical durability is rated at 13,000 cycles.
