The Schneider Electric EZC100H4060 is a 4-pole EasyPact EZC100H moulded-case circuit breaker rated 60 A at 40 °C, with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit that provides both overload and short-circuit protection in one device. Breaking capacity varies by voltage: 100 kA Icu at 110-130 V AC, 50 kA at 220-240 V AC, 30 kA at 380-400 V AC, 20 kA at 440 V AC, 10 kA at 550 V AC, and 10 kA at 125 V DC / 250 V DC. The 'H' breaking capacity code indicates the high-interrupting version of the EZC100H family.
The breaker carries approvals to EN/IEC 60947-2, GB/T 14048.2, EN/IEC 60947-1, and JIS C8201-2-2. It is rated IK07 for mechanical impact resistance and IP20 for finger-safe terminal protection.
Integration notes
Mounts fixed to a backplate (not DIN rail). Dimensions are 130 mm high, 100 mm wide, 60 mm deep. Connection pitch is 25 mm. Both line and load connections are on the front face, simplifying busbar and cable routing in a panel layout. The TM-D trip unit is rated 60 A at 50 °C; the breaker's continuous current rating is 60 A at 40 °C. Mechanical endurance is 13,000 cycles. Toggle control with positive contact indication gives a clear visual of contact position. Three poles are protected (3t); the fourth pole is switched but not protected — no neutral protection is fitted.
