It carries a 10 kA Icu breaking capacity at 440 V AC (15 kA at 400 V, 25 kA at 240 V) under IEC 60947-2, and is suitable for isolation per that standard. The 690 V rated insulation voltage and Category A utilization class mean it's sized for panelboard feeder or branch protection where fault levels stay within its interrupting envelope.
The 100 A trip rating at 40 °C (same at 50 °C) sets the continuous load limit — size the upstream conductor and downstream load for that, not the breaker frame's max. The TM-D thermal-magnetic trip gives short-circuit and overload protection in one unit; the thermal element handles sustained overcurrents, the magnetic element clears fast on high faults.
IP20 finger-safe protection on the front; IK07 impact rating means it handles incidental tool contact during wiring.
