The EZCV250H3150 is a 3-pole molded case circuit breaker from the Schneider Electric EasyPact EZCV250H family, rated 150 A at 40 °C with a thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit. The TM-D trip unit combines a thermal element for overload protection and a magnetic element for short-circuit protection, plus integrated earth-leakage protection, so it covers ground faults in the same package without an external module. Breaking capacity is 100 kA Icu at 220–240 V AC, 36 kA at 380–415 V, and 25 kA at 440 V AC, all per IEC 60947-2.
