What this breaker does for a panel
It's built for distribution duty in an AC network — think branch-circuit protection in a panel feeding motor control centers or lighting sub-distribution. The fixed backplate mount and front-front connections keep wiring predictable; the toggle handle is right there for manual switching.
The F breaking-capacity code means 60 kA Icu at 240 V AC, 30 kA at 400 V, and 20 kA at 440 V — all per IEC 60947-2. That's enough to sit downstream of a larger main breaker without worrying about cascading failure. The integral instant protection is rated 500 kA, so the magnetic trip responds fast on a bolted fault. Category A utilization (no intentional short-time delay) means it's a standard distribution breaker, not a selective main. Pair it with a properly sized upstream device for full selectivity.
Fixed backplate mount, 25 mm connection pitch. Neutral position is left, so plan your busbar layout accordingly.
