Planetary gearbox with straight teeth, 60 mm external diameter, reduction ratio 60:1. Continuous output torque is 44 N.m at 100 rpm and 30 °C; maximum output torque reaches 70 N.m under the same conditions. Rated service life is 30,000 hours at 100 rpm and 30 °C. Lubricated for life — no maintenance re-greasing interval. Efficiency is listed at 94 %. Noise level measures 58 dB at 1 m, no-load — quiet enough for indoor conveyor or packaging lines without additional acoustic enclosures.
Mounting and mechanical limits
Shaft output rated IP54 — sealed against dust ingress and splashing water at the output shaft. Housing is black anodized aluminium; shaft material is C45 steel. Maximum axial force on the output shaft is 450 N for the 30,000-hour service life, or 600 N for a 10,000-hour duty cycle. Maximum radial force (applied mid-shaft) is 340 N for 30,000 hours, 500 N for 10,000 hours. Torsional rigidity is 2.5 N.m/arcmin. Maximum torsional backlash is 22 arc.min — acceptable for general positioning but not for precision indexing without encoder feedback. Ambient temperature range for operation is -25 °C to 90 °C. The gearbox is rated for continuous duty at 100 rpm; higher speeds reduce service life proportionally.
