Continuous output torque sits at 120 N.m, with a peak of 192 N.m for short-duration loads.
Service life and mounting flexibility
Rated for 30,000 hours at 100 rpm and 30°C ambient, with a service temperature range from -25 to 90°C. That 30,000-hour figure gives an MRO planner a clear replacement interval — schedule the swap before the grease degrades and the backlash opens up. The gearbox is lubricated for life, so no grease-gun route needed, which saves a maintenance pass on a rotating-equipment line. Mounts in any position, and the shaft output carries an IP54 rating — dust and splashing water are fine, but this is not a washdown-rated unit. If the motor side sees hose-down, it needs its own seal. The housing is black anodized aluminium, and the shaft is C45 steel, which holds up well in dry indoor environments.
