Torsional rigidity is 41 N.m/arcmin with a maximum backlash of 10 arc.min — acceptable for conveyors, mixers and indexing tables, but watch the backlash number if your line needs precision registration or reciprocating starts. Efficiency is 94 % and the no-load noise floor is 70 dB at 1 m, so the gearbox adds little audible signature to the driven machine on its own — gear mesh whine in your line is more likely coming from how the unit is mounted.
Mounting position and load limits at a glance
The unit mounts in any position, which removes one of the usual orientation gotchas when retrofitting into a skidded machine. Moment of inertia is 6.36 g.cm² at the input — small enough that a standard servo or inverter drive can accelerate the reducer without a separate inertia-matching step.
Lifecycle — listed obsolete, no successor on record
For a discontinued planetary reducer the only honest answer is independent distribution — surplus and broker channels carry stock in lot-specific quantities, priced and confirmed against an RFQ.
