The GC2530F5: Rated for 25 A in power-circuit duty (Ith 25 A at 50 Hz, 2.5 mOhm average impedance), with a breaking and making capacity of 68 A at 400 V AC per IEC 61095. That capacity handles the inrush of a motor start or a lighting bank without welding the contacts. Control voltage is 110 V AC 50 Hz; dropout occurs between 0.2 and 0.75 Uc, so the coil releases reliably on a sagging line. Heat dissipation is 1.6 W per pole at 50/60 Hz — a modest thermal load inside a DIN-rail enclosure.
Clip-on mounting on a DIN rail, occupying 2 x 18 mm modules (36 mm wide, 85 mm tall, 62.5 mm deep). Screw-clamp terminals accept up to 6 mm² solid or 4 mm² flexible on the power side, and 2.5 mm² on the control side. Tightening torque is 0.8 N.m for both circuits.
