Breaking capacity reaches 100 kA Icu at 220…240 V AC and 50 kA at 380…415 V AC per IEC 60947-2. Rated for AC-3 duty per IEC 60947-4-1, so it handles the inrush of a squirrel-cage motor during starting and the switching of the running load.
IP40 protection means it is suited for indoor panel environments where tools or fingers are the main intrusion risk — no washdown tolerance. EverLink BTR screw terminals on top accept 1.5…70 mm² solid or 1.5…50 mm² flexible; bottom terminals accept 2.5…95 mm² solid or 2.5…70 mm² flexible.
